Usage:

1. The ground floor (300 m²) of the Eastern wing of the Municipality building includes a public electronic Library, exhibition hall, two offices, store, and a technical room. The first floor (also has an area of 300 m²) covers four administrative offices, and a conference room for 300 persons.
2. The western wing includes a multiuse hall for 1000 person, used for cultural celebrations, weddings, sport events and exhibitions.
3. The western side also contains a public garden, an open square, and an open air celebration podium.
